And I am NOT an exercising person. I am a serious couch potato. But I have a long walk into my office from the parking lot, so I figured, what the hell. When I first put them on I almost fell over because they really do rock back and forth but you adjust quickly. They are not the cutest shoes I''ve ever owned, but none of these types of shoes are. They are comfortable and when walking, they sort of "push" you into your next step so that your gait is slightly faster as well. It''s hard to explain. I even tried to slow down but it''s like I just couldn''t do it. I don''t know. But whatever it is, it works!

These are the only sneakers I will wear.I''ve never found a more comfortable sneaker, and since I''m a grandma, I''ve bought more than my share of shoes over the years.I highly recommend these!
