Franco Sarto Women''s Danish Slingback Sandal

I bought these in red and they are gorgeous. I receive compliments on them every time I wear them. Unfortunately they are not comfortable at all. The toes pinch and give me blisters and the sling is not quite tight enough (and not adjustable) so it keeps slipping off my heel. I am hoping the leather will stretch, but they are so painful that I doubt I will be able to wear them enough for that to happen.

I ordered these sandals for a special occasion and I will be wearing them on a regular basis.They are cute with a dress or jeans.The color (scarlet) is great and they are very comfortable.The heel height is perfect.I think these sandals will be my new favorites.

They sure look pretty but if you get these be prepared for sore toes and forefeet. I stand at work frequently enough to report that if you need to do any bit of walking, forget it. I always wear pumps at this height without a problem with other shoes, so it is not the height. There''s something peculiar about the design at the toes, with an uncomfortable ridge on the plantar surface near the toes, and the sides of the toes rub on the edges of the leather. I wish I could have returned them. Maybe I can only wear them for sit down events.
