Although I loved them And they seem to keep my tots feet warm this winter, we have hardwood floors, the grips on the bottom don''t work at all. He slips all the time so he doesn''t wear them. If you have carpet at home it would not be an issue.My grandson had a slight potty training accident that required me to wash these. BAD IDEA. The footing cushion shifts, and causes the child to walk with his foot cranked over. NOT happy with these.

As mom of the groom, and as a woman whose feet give her pain especially in the ball of the foot I was looking for a reasonably priced shoe with a low heel and style. This was not my first choice since the heel was "approx 1 1/2 inches" but the 1" heel slingback pump that caught my eye was no longer available in my size. Now I am grateful that the Dyeables "Erin" shoe ended up as the shoe I wore. The size was true,the openness of the toes and the position of the straps all work together to make your foot secure in the shoe without being tight in any area (even with asmall foot pad). I ended up wearing them through the ceremony and the entire night of the wedding which for me was a milestone. The Erin shoe also dyed beautifully. And as usual, Amazon packaged them excellently and got them to me quickly. This all was a very positive experience.

These shoes are a little on the cheap side. If you are needing something to get you by they would work in a pinch. They are not too comfortable the way they cut into the toes and side of foot. If you are willing to spend just slightly more money then go for the higher quality of another brand. Shipping was right on time and packaging was appropriate. Return took a little longer than normal, but without incident as Amazon is so accomodating as usual.

These shoes are gorgeous. They are a dark stone/taupe/grey colour. The details are remarkable. Suede is of great quality & has a noticeable nap with a touch of sheen at the toe & along the back of the heel. The heel is dark metallic like hematite not silver; also the heel is super thin. Platform is nice & thick with rubber tread & then wood grain that is so appealing. The ruffle is adorable not as pronounced as in the photo, which makes it seem larger than it really is.The underside of the ruffle is fine black leather.The interior lined with leather & has a completely padded sole with extra padding @ the ball of your foot.Extremely well made & comfortable.Sizing is right on. I am a 9, sometimes with a high heel or pointy toe I go to a 9.5 but these 9''s fit fine not tight or pinching. Won''t require breaking in.May need gel liner @ back of heel after the stretch a bit.Can''t wait to strut around in these.**update, after wearing I found these shoes a bit big! I had to put heel pads along the back & cushions in the ball of foot to keep them from slipping off if I was wearing hosiery with them.They are gorgeous however! And comfortable, but next time I will go down a 1/2 size or even a size with this brand.They fit very well in the toe box, but are long out the back of your foot.

I ordered these boots in grey because I thought they would be "perfect" with my new Christmas dress (my boyfriend loved them as well).The grey "fabric" looked nice on the shoe portion of the boot because it was structured and had a lovely shape to the toe. The heel and the platform was equally nice. I don''t really know if it was comfortable because the boot was much to large for the size 9 I ordered...I was drowning in the boot. I suggest you order 1 full size smaller than you normally wear. The top of the boot was horrible at best for me.The pictureis very deceiving as it looks like the shaft is rather slender and somewhat fitted.Nothing could be farther than the truth.It says the top opening is 14.75".My pair is 16 inches. I would literally have to wrap and pin the boot to get it to look like it does in the photo. I''m sure it was done for the picture.The straps are very flimsy and not adjustable at all so they just kinda hung there as the boot started to slouch. Now, just a few days from Christmas I have to start my search all over again. After a bout with plantar fasciitis about 15 years ago, I''ve worn nothing but New Balance shoes as recommended by the doctor that treated me.He did make once small change, and that was to take out the inserts and replace them with foam inserts that have a heel cup, which I do for less than $10.I''ve worn the 623 as long as I can remember and by ordering the brown suede, I can wear these to the office each day with my khakis and they look great.When I ordered these, I was expecting the lighter brown of the previous shoes but these are darker and actually look better and less casual with khakis.
With two pair, I''m good for a few months, but I''ll be back when these start looking worn again.

I bought these prior to going hiking for a couple of weeks in the Tetons and in Yellowstone. I wore them practically every day and found them to be incredibly comfortable. While I have narrow feet and these only come inmedium width (my reason for 4, not 5 stars), they are adjustable enough to fit comfortably. It was great to be able to hike along a path and ford streams without changing or removing my shoes, and getting through airport security was a snap. I would not hesitate to recommend these sandals to others, and they look great too.
