NB is highly recommended by podiatrists and my person experience has always been favorable. This version is well suited for business-casual workplaces. If you have foot and/or lower back problems, these are worth the investment!

I have had these for a couple of weeks and wear them daily.They seem to have broken in a bit which has helped the fit somewhat.They do not fit anywhere near as comfortably as my last pair of New Balance 993''s.Given the 993''s were a much more expensive shoe they did fit better.The biggest complaint I have about this shoes is it seems to pinch a bit in the heel area, perhaps more break in is required.Would I buy again, yes to the brand but not this particular shoe.I would opt for a MADE IN USA alternative to support workers at home and have a better quality shoe.

After a bout with plantar fasciitis about 15 years ago, I''ve worn nothing but New Balance shoes as recommended by the doctor that treated me.He did make once small change, and that was to take out the inserts and replace them with foam inserts that have a heel cup, which I do for less than $10.

I''ve worn the 623 as long as I can remember and by ordering the brown suede, I can wear these to the office each day with my khakis and they look great.When I ordered these, I was expecting the lighter brown of the previous shoes but these are darker and actually look better and less casual with khakis.

With two pair, I''m good for a few months, but I''ll be back when these start looking worn again.

Good cross trainer for the price, although I always have to replace the insole to a sports gel sole for greater impact protection, which adds about $18 dollars for the price.And the shoe feels just a tiny bit smaller than my previous 621s, although that could be just from being new.Still, Amazon''s pricing still makes it a worthwhile purchase.
