The picture was deceptive in that it gave me the impression that this was a rounded toe style and therefore suitable for wide feet as most rounded toe shoes/sandals are. However, the Jambu Sonya Slingback was simply too tight to be comfortable to wear for me, someone with wide feet.
Otherwise, these sandals would have been perfect. The heel height would not have been too high. The inner sole seems cushioned and comfortable.
If these came in wide, then I''m confident that I these sandals would have fitted just fine.
A note about the returns: There was no shipping cost to order but returning these sandals was costly, nearly $12!

I love Jambu shoes and they are all I wear, but these kill my feet. My feet, ankles, calves and shins were sore for 2 days. I was very excited to get these as Jambu saved my hurting feet problem last year. I needed a more " dressy" pair for work and thought these would fit the bill. Now they will just gather dust in the closet. I will never wear them again. I am glad they were at least on sale but still disappointed I wasted the money.Read Best Reviews of Jambu Women''s Sonya Slingback Sandal Here
These sandals look fabulous, but they are made for wider feet. My narrow foot slides down and out the front of the shoe. I won''t be keeping this pair.I too bought this shoe 1/2 smaller than I usually wear, but I''m glad I did. The shoe is very comfortable, though the front definitely has a "platform" feel it''s higher than I expected. The material does not rub/irritate my foot at all and I love the heel strap with my slightly narrower heel. I''ve worn it with jeans, dress pants, and a skirt it''s very versatile. As a mom of two munchkins, it''s been a great shoe for being on the run. The only thing I''m wondering is how the insole will hold up during the heat of the summer.
