Kenneth Cole REACTION Women''s Hunt-Tress Boot

The boots I bought for a gift for my girlfriend were used and damaged. I did not have time to inspect before I wrapped them and they should have been perfect. I was very embarrassed in front of her family. They cost me $15 to ship them back and am now being told it takes weeks to replace used,damaged boots that should not have been sent in the first place. This is way more trouble than buying from a brick and mortar store and I will never buy a product from ShoeMall again and will make sure no one else I know will either. VERY BAD BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

When I got these boots and tried them on, the first thing I noticed was the right boot was tighter than the left, much tighter. I looked closer at the right boot and noticed little indentations on the foot part. The indentations looked like the knobs on those stretching devices for shoes. Looking closer, I saw the what appeared to be glue between the sole and foot portion and became concerned if they would stay together. I''m not taking any chances and will send them back. Very disappointed in Kenneth Cole. Very.

The color does not match the picture and the overall design of the boot is not that great; but did receive compliments wearing it as it is stylish and could be worn to work, etc., but not meant for walking a lot in them
