I heard that Birkenstock are helpful to your feet especially if you have plantar fasciitis. At first, I thought NO Way ~ than I tried them again and walked around the house and I noticed that the pain in my foot has subsided after wearing them. They fit on the tighter side, but I needed that because it allowed my foot to relax and not have to grip. I am very happy with this purchase. My feet are happy and relaxed.

Just a note :

I am a size 9 Womens and ordered the 40.0 W, they fit with a little additional room. No complaints but I think I will go for a 39 next time and see how those fit :)
