
I wish there was a separate rating for the customer service,because it would get a zero.I have no issues with the product itself,my complaint is with the lousy customer service this "company " offers.I had to return this product because it was too big.I sent it USPS with signature confirmation,because I wanted to make sure the packagewas received. The signature confirmation notice was left on March 9th (not picked up from the post office) and there has been no new information since that date.I called the customer service number last Thursday and was told that they had not gotten the notice,and that "maybe it was stuck in their mailbox, (it''s happened before ) and they would check things out and get back to me. " I didn''t hear anything that day,so I called them again Friday and got no answer OR return phone call,either time I called that day (even though their answering machine said I could expect a return call within 24 hours). I feel like they are waiting out the time limit on the time frame for returns,so they don''t have to give me a refund.I either want my refund or mail the shoes back to me and I''ll sell them on eBay.I spend almost $65.00 on these shoes,and deserve some kind of response.I found a replacement pair,same style,for about half their price. In my opinion,I would not recommend this company to ANYONE... unless you want a major headache. I will update this review IF I ever get aresolution to this issue
UPDATE-I got a call from the company yesterday, saying that they had picked up a signature confirmed package that the caller "believed" was mine, and that my refund would be processed by the end of the week.My question is this:How could they not know for sure if the package was mine or not?Didn''t they look at the sender information on the package??More to follow.
