I love these new grips. They are a lil thicker soled and lack a couple of the holes in the tip, keeping out those little sticks that always stick in there and break off and won''t just shake out. I can''t wait to cut a load of firewood in these.

When I slipped these shoes on for the first time, it felt as if I had worn them for a year. They look good also.These shoes were brand new in excellent condition.They were and still are very very snug even after wearing them for several months.If I had it to do over, I would have gotten a half size larger.This shoe keeps your feet dry. I accidentally stepped in a puddle of muddy water and my socks were still clean and my feet were dry.These shoes are very attractive. The picture does not do them justice.I bought them just to "kick around" in. Now after receiving them, they are going to be placed with my other finer shoes. Great shoes! Great deal!

This is a decent shoe, but it wasn''t what I expected. The first problem is that this brand seems to run large. I ordered my shoe size based on their shoe sizing chart. I wear a size 11 in every other brand and their chart shows that a size 11 should be 11" from heel to toe. However, when the shoe arrived it was huge. I had a full extra 1" to 1.5" in the toe area. I got the ruler out and measured the shoe to actually be 12.5" from outer toe to outer heel. So you need to order at least a half size smaller than your your typical shoe size. This problem alone was enough to have to send it back, but my other problem was the material the shoe was made of. I order this shoe in the navy. It is made of leather which is nice, but the way they''ve treated it gives it an uber smooth almost shiney finish. I got them 2 weeks before I left & wore them around the house to break them in.I will caution, the leather straps are a bit tight at first & my feet are med-wide. But have faith, when the leather warms up they stretch quite nicely. I have been wearing them for 7 straight days all over Greece & tonight in Paris. I bought this shoe because of the reviews here in amazon. Since i live abroad, it took a long while for it to arrive.It was a bit snug during my first try, snug at the smaller toes and im a size 8M. The shoe itself looked small so i was kinda wary and a little bit disappointed.But as i got to wear it for hours, i found it surprisingly comfortable. The pads are soft enough to cushion my feet when walking. I hope that the straps will still stretch from continued use so it will allow more space along the small toe area.

I have been wearing my Keen La Paz sandals nearly non-stop since receiving them.They are very light weight and I like them enough that I am going to buy a second pair.It is so hard to find a light weight yet durable and comfortable sandal that is equally at home on a beach or a sidewalk.Love them!They do run large so best to go down a half or even full size from regular footwear sizing.Only complaint is the sizing strap on the top of the ankle will not stay in place and needs adjustment from time to time.Other than that just a nice all around sandal.

Well, here''s another pair of shoes that seem to be too small this year. I would think it was just me, that my feet were getting much larger over the course of a few months, but whenever I pass shoes on to another person, who is one or, sometimes, two sizes smaller than I am, the shoes fit them perfectly. Hmm...As it is with these. They arrived and looked adorable. I was stoked. I tried them on and alas, too small. I wear a size 10. I purchased a size 10. The shoes that arrived were labeled as a size 10. Mysteriously, and, like seven (yes, SEVEN) other pairs of shoes I bought this season, they were too small. I was bummed. From what I could tell, they would be really comfy. I loved the arch support and they''re very cute.
The next day, my mom stopped by. She wears a size 8.5-9 and she tried them on. They fit her perfectly. Hmm... She didn''t want them because she had already taken a few other pairs of my "size 10''s" that didn''t fit me but fit her. I decided I would return them, but waited a few days, in hopes my feet would shrink or these shoes would get a little bigger. A few days later, a friend stopped by. She was about to leave for Florida. I asked if there was anything she needed and she said she was about to run to the store for a pair of black sandals. I asked her what her shoe size was, she answered 8.5. Perfect. I had her try these on and they fit like a glove. Well, like a size 8.5 shoe, anyway. In addition to fitting her foot, they also fit her style, so she kept them.
I don''t know what''s going on, but seven different pairs of shoes from six different brands were all too small, and fit others who normally wore a size or two smaller. To get a shoe to fit properly, I ended up buying two pairs of another brand of flip-flop, from last year''s stock. Oh well, at least they were on sale.
So, if you buy these, consider buying a size up (apparently, if you normally wear an 8.5-9, buy a 10). Unfortunately, (for me, and all others who share my shoe size), their 10 is the largest size they have here.They are really adorable and seem to be very comfortable. Just not true-to-size (in my experience).

I''m so glad I read the reviews before ordering! I always wear Cobians, and tend to wear the Fiji''s in black (also have the foam "On a Mission"). I always wear a size 8 for Cobians. For tennis shoes I''m between 8-8 1/2. For heels I''m usually a 9. Cobian 8s always fit perfectly on my feet, leaving no extra fabric to trip over and the like.
Well, I ordered a 9 in these shoes, at the same time I ordered an 8 in Fijis. They are the EXACT same size.
Okay, about these: the braided color (I got the multi-toned brown) is beautiful! I love the shades of color in the strap. Very flattering for any skin tone I think (I''m neutral medium-pale lol). Very comfy too.
