The heel is much larger than I thought and I don''t like the patent leather, I prefer a muted or suede-y leather, but other than that they are amazingly comfortable for being so high (I''m 5''4 and for once felttall:) I ran around in them quite a bit trying to get a cab, and I am relatively agile as I am a dancer and a runner, but the only complaint I have is the pain in my ankles the next few days when I ran.
