I have a really wide, flat foot, and needed a black sandal that could be dressed up or down.Usually shoes that are extra wide have a very matronly feel to them.But these are actually pretty cute!They fit, though a little snug in the width, and look great with pants or dresses.I''m wearing them a bit around the house to see if they stretch just a tad, since the box says "stretch for fit and comfort."Overall, I''d recommend them.

Edit 4/19/2011 I returned these.After wearing them around the house, they were just not comfortable for my wide foot.Cute, but not wide enough.

I really like these shoes a lot. The color is neutral enough to go with lots of outfits, and they are incredibly comfortable. I don''t usually wear heels a lot, but these are comfortable all day.

These shoes were beautiful. I wore them to work and soon after I arrived they began to squeak so loudly that people could hear me coming down the hall.I returned them within the 60 day return policy, but I called beforehand.The customer service rep admonished me for not knowing of the problem sooner and said I could try to return them, but it was not guaranteed.I told her the 60 day return period had not passed yet, and she still argued.All in all, I was reimbursed for the defective merchandise, but I was told I have to call back to get a refund of the 10 dollars I spent to ship them back.Customer service is lacking.
