I have been living with plantar fascitis for about 20 years.My condition is managed nicely by using spenco insoles.It is not easy to wear a conventional sandal with an insole.The insole "moves around".I recently found out about these spenco sandals with the insole built in.Problem solved!These are fantastic.I recently used a pair to walk miles all over the Old City of Jerusalem (stone paths!) and had no pain whatsoever.Also it is remarkable that they are so light weight yet so durable.I keep a pair at home and a pair at work.I don''t understand Drew''s problem about getting the right size.I have large feet (size 13) and I had no trouble getting a pair that fit me.

Make sure not to buy these from the Orthotic Shop because you''ll have to pay for return shipping when they don''t fit. I should''ve bought them directly from Amazon cause then I could do an exchange instead of paying for nothing. I own over 10 pairs of sandals regular size 11 and 5 of them are this style and all of my other sandals(including my $2 pair from walmart) are longer than these. The main problem is the strap is so small I can''t get my foot into the sandal. The other ones sold by Amazon through a separate listing have reviews that these are slightly big for some people but maybe these are some cheap imitations sold by Orthotic Shop. Sandals aren''t great quality and made in China. Check out the pictures I posted comparing these to my regular size 11 Oakley sandals that I got on ebay for $20.
