Drew Shoe Women''s Sandy Sandal

I recently had to start wearing orthotics and couldn''t find any sandals where they worked. Then I discovered Drew sandals on the internet. They have removable insoles and are deep enough for orthotics. I can put my orthotics under the insole. The top of the insole or footbed does show a little with my orthotic under it but I just used a marker to color the edge.

The Sandy was my first Drew sandal and I have since bought 3 other styles. It is very comfortable and was right from the first. It comes in all sorts of sizes for hard to fit feet.

I only gave it 4 stars because the style is a little clunky, but of course that is part of the reason it''s so comfortable.

This sandal looked to be very well made, but I had to return them because they ran very large.If you order, I would recommend ordering at least one size smaller.

I already have a pair of black Sandy Orthotic sandals, with which I am very happy.

I had a problem finding any orthotic sandals which were not hideous, and took a

chance by purchasing these from America, and guessing the size would fit!

I was so pleased with them that I ordered another pair in this lovely tobacco brown.

They are very comfortable, and also stylish.

I am very happy with this purchase! I recently had spinal surgery which has left me with nerve damage in my legs and feet. I am learning to walk again and need shoes with good support. My left foot is especially weak and tends to turn, so this is especially important. With summer coming, I wanted a sandal but it had to meet my needs of support. I found the Drew Sandy sandal to fulfill my requirements. It is extremely comfortable and gives me the support I need. In fact, I have ordered a second pair in another color!
