These are my favorite pair of shoes! They are exactly what I expected, I can''t wait until summer to buy another pair! :)

This is my fourth consecutive pair of chacos.I love the Z1 style.It''s a great sandal.I wear mine 200+ days a year.This shoe stays on your foot well, offers arch support.Easy to walk even long distances in, once you''ve toughened the bottom of your feetthe bed of the shoe is textured, and if you''ve not worn them before, it can feel like you''ve rubbed your foot raw if you go too far.I bought these as a replacement for my several-year-old Z1 sandals.I feel those lasted for a lot of wear before they needed to be replaced.

When we bought this sandal, it was not fulfulled by Amazon, but by MetroShoes.We literally sat down, opened the box, tried on the shoe while sitting down, discovered it did not fit, and put it back in the box.Wasn''t even necessary to walk in it, It apparently runs narrow, as others have told us.Didn''t fit.The didn''t have the next biggest size, or a wider width. No problem sending it back, but instead of crediting us the full amount, they took $2.00 off our refund because of "wear and tear".Ridiculous.Talked to customer service to no avail.They sent us a supposed picture of the sole of the shoe, showing scuffmarks.Not our shoe, I promise. Wouldn''t budge on it.Will not buy from MetroShoe again, and it now makes me wary to buy any item that is not fulfilled by Amazon. The shoe looks cute, though.
