MIA Women''s Nanette Boot

I love the way these shoes look and have recieved many complements on them already. They are not as comfortable as I hoped but they are certainly fine to wear to work. I think I either need better arch support or more cushioning. I purchased the brown version and the leather looks and feels nice. The heel is man made and a funny light / dark brown mix that you can see if you look at the photo on line closely. I gave them 4/5 stars due to comfort issues.

I bought these boots for a Steampunk convention but also wanted something that would work well enough for every day wear. These boots fit incredibly well and are very comfortable. The leather is so soft and comfortable I love them!

just got these boots & i''m so excited about them, they really lived up to the other positive reviews.i bought the antique brown, the color is beautiful & the leather feels & looks really nice & expensive (they could definitely pass for pricier designer boots).based on the slight pointed toe (which is feminine without looking dated)& other customer reviews, i went for the size 7 (i''m a 6.5 7), so glad i did, they''re perfect!while this heel is a little higher than i''m use to, it feels sufficient & stable but doesn''t look or feel heavy or clunky. i should also mention that my calves are a little big & i worried that the top of the boot might be tight, but while these boots have an interior zipper, the lace-up/tongue is totally functional & can be adjusted which was a really pleasant surprise! lastly, I love that they can be laced all the way up like the photo, or you can skip the last few eyelets & wrap the laces around the ankle for a slightly more casual look(though the interior isn''t ideal for the folded-down look)...they''re so cute, i''m considering buying the black colorway too!

I really love these boots. They are so comfortableI can walk in them all day.I purchased the antique brown ones.I almost purchased the cherry colored ones, reminiscent of my maroon doc martens from high school (1998).But decided on the brown ones because it matches my wardrobe much better.I wear these boots with floral skirts, floral dresses, leggings and a rock band t-shirt with a cute cardigan, vest or jacket.I also wear my military style Tulle coat with these boots and its just adorable.These boots are so versatile.I wear a size 8.5 (own a pair of Indigo Clarks Cedar Street Boot Oily) and those fit quite snug.These boots, on the other hand, are just a tad bit loose in an 8.5.I have wide feetand these shoes feel loose.Even when I wear thicker socks, they fit just a tad loose.I contemplated switching the pair for a size downbut decided to keep the 8.5s because despite the loose fit, they were just very comfortable and the loose fit wasn''t a deal breaker.I would like to get a black pair, but my husband says that I''ve gone overboard with internet shopping... I agree.So, I will wait until next Christmas and purchase a black pair if they are still around :D
