I wear a 12 wide in every shoe I''ve ever bought but these were huge.Had to send it back and got a 11 wide that fit perfect.Broke them in on a beach vacation in Florida and they held up nicely.No problem getting them wet in salt water and a quick rinse.They hold nicely and I did not get the film coloring on my feet that they warn about.Its suppose to be because its real leather.

Bought these for hubby, who wanted black leather sandals -not easy to find.This one comes in wide widths too, which is a big plus.I agree with the other reviewer: this style definitely runs one size big.My husband is always a 9, and this 9 was about an inch too long in the front -not just slightly big, but very big.Ordering the 8 for him, which I''m sure will be fine.Well-made, good-looking sandal, super cushiony (I tried them on myself!) and comfortable -I''m sure they will last for years and will be great for hours of walking. Order one size smaller than your usual size, and you will be very happy with these sandals.Don''t hesitate, well worth the price, as they will probably last for years!

After many years of buy from brand x (Wal-Mart), I finally bought a pair of summer sandles that hopefully were of better quality.As soon as I placed these on my feet I could tell immediately they were top quality.I love the three seperate adjustment straps on them.These are so comfortable I can wear them all day.I highly recomend these!
