These shoes helped my heel repair after I wore them everyday for months. They are not very sturdy and I tossed them in the garbage a few days ago.The little massage buttons wear out and break off. They are replacable, but you only get about 5 extra in the box. Some are hard to dig out of their hole too. They were not a waste of money because my heel feels better when I walk. I''m just saying they are not well made and durable.Next time, I will get shoes with the massagers built in if I get a new pair. I give a thumbs up to these shoes for healing my footover time. The concept is real and they do strengthen weak areas of your body, but it takes a daily routine of wearing them.

These shoes feel good and hurt good at the same time. I feel relaxed after using them for 15-20 minutes. My only preference is that the springs could ajust for my high arches as I don''t get much contact there.

These really massage my feet nicely. I can only wear them for short periods at a time. They really hurt at first, but afterwards my feet feel really good. The plastic nubs look a bit cheap, so I am not sure how long these slippers will last, but so far so good.
