I got these boots as part of a Malcolm Reynolds costume, and they work great! Everyone complemented me on the accuracy of my costume. :)
The only downside, which is NOT the fault of the seller, is that they were too large for my feet. While reading other reviews for this product, I noticed that several people said the boots were smallish, especially in the calf, so I ordered one size larger than I normally wear. However, the boots seemed to be exactly the size listed (so they didn''t fit my feet very well). I contacted the seller, who responded immediately, and was willing to let me exchange them for a smaller pair. Given the time constraint I was under (the date of the party I was assembling the costume for), they were even willing to send me a new pair right away, before I returned the first pair; then, I would return whichever pair didn''t fit, at no extra cost. All I''d need to pay would be rush shipping to get the second pair to arrive in time. I didn''t want to pay for overnight shipping (which would have been necessary to arrive in time; I didn''t plan ahead very well...), so I decided to keep the original pair. But the fact that they were willing to try this shows that they are dedicated to making their customers happy.
I would definitely order from this seller again, and would recommend others to buy from them as well. The boots look great, arrived promptly, are good quality for the price, and service is excellent. Just make sure to order the correct size!
These boots made my Obi Wan costume a HIT!!! I highly recommned boots from this company and I plan too buy another pair soon!

If you are a cosplayer or someone who gets into costuming, these boots are a good buy. The picture is a very accurate representation of the product. On the inner leg portion is a zipper extending the entire length of the boot so you can easily get in and out of them. I own two pair of these boots in the brown color and they are the best boots I''ve found so far for fantasy cosplaying.
What makes these boots particularly good for costuming is that the material is soft enough that you can sew on additions. The material is easy to sew into (except for the toe and heel portions which are quite thick).
Just one thing to watch out for. These boots scuffed up my linoleum floors quite a bit so you may not want to walk over your linoleum floors with them (or else get on your hands and knees and scrub the scuffs off).

Very happy! Of the 3 sandals I purchased new this summer for my new job, these are the most comfortable and so cute! They are even more comfortable than a pair with a lower heel that I thought I would like more as I tend to be wobbly on heels, I am not on these!
