I was looking for a bootie to replace my Naturalizers that simply wore out after many years.I was very disappointed in the look of the shoe.It looked like the shoe was made out of vinyl or plastic, instead of a smooth leather and was very stiff and uncomfortable.Promptly sent mine back and will never order another Ros Hommerson shoe. The shipping was good, however they didn''t include a return label so I had to pay the shipping to send them back.I purchased from the ShoeMall on Amazon.

This boot is sturdy and looks good, but I was disappointed by the lack of support. It has some support but for a person who needs a little more arch support (like me), I would have to buy inserts. Unless you wear orthotics, this would not be a good choice for someone with problem feet. It''s a great looking boot, I have to use a long handled shoe horn to get them on which I really don''t mind.
