Look very good in the picture. They dont look as sophisticated in reality. Plus they slouch. And it is hard to keep them in place.

If your wanting a boot for warmth, this isn''t it. This is strictly a fashion boot which I would recommend for transition between fall and winter, or winter into spring. I wear a 7.5 but have a high instep so I went with a whole size up. I wear it comfortably with no slip in the footbed. Its a pull on boot no zipper. If you have large legs be prepared to rock this boot folded over and not all the way up. My calves are 15" and my thighs are 191/2. I barely can wear them all the way up. These boots would be awesome with a little goring and a fur lined foot bed. If you want to wear them waterproof them for sure.

I actually really like these boots!!Everyone else is right... they don''t stay up... they definitely slouch after you walk ... however... i still like them.If you are wanting an over the knee boot... these aren''t for you cause they won''t stay up over your knee.I still think slouched... which with it not folded lands right under your knee... still looks cute with these boots... and they also look cute slouched and folded over.As for size... i''m not sure where ppl are getting that they are big in size (unless i got an odd pair)... i think the opposite... i usually wear an 8.5 in heels and some boots... and most of the time get a 9 in boots... especially flat ones... but since everyone (a lot of other reviews on other sites) said they are big i ordered the 8.5... and i think they feel like an 8... the 8.5 were just too tight for me... so much that i''m not sure if a 9 would be big enough so i''m sending them back and getting a 9.5... that way if i want to wear a thick sock or add a gel insole or something i can.Overall these boots are comfy and look like shown in the photo... except they do slouch. The fur is decent... it''s not cheap-o fake looking to me... but it doesn''t go all the way down the the leg... it''s only on the top.

I got these boots as a present. They are beautiful, and so fashionable. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.However they have one problem: They don''t stay up. Perhaps my legs are too slim, but I have tried everything, even rubber bands to hold them up.

They slide and I end up walking with a slouch boot and I hate it!

If you have an idea to keep them up, they are nice and warm.
