The boots fit my daughter fine, and keep her feet quite warm. However she finds the fur a little itchy and will only wear it with socks. She never complained of itchiness with her old Uggs, which she has now outgrown. With the socks, she is quite happy with the boots and wears them all the time. So overall, the price differential is worth it.

I''ll update later regarding ruggedness she wore out her Uggs in one season (they are literally frayed and torn), so we''ll see how these do.

AS a father I find it hard to find and buy types of shoes for my daughter. I found these and ordered a size bigger then what she wears. she loves them because they are soft on the inside and easy to get on and off. they go great with jeans. I bought them for this winter. however winter is not hear yet and she is already wearing them to church because she wants to. they are comfy on her feet and she loves how she can just pull them on and off and they are soft on the outside. I got the brown ones for her because brown goes with almost everything in the long pants isle. so far they have held up great and she has fun playing in them

We live in Texas so during winter time I always purchase my 3 & 5 yr olds a pair of boots for the season. These boots have held up much better than 2 other brands I''ve tried in the past. We had snow for Christmas and of course my kiddos were outside playing, when they came inside about an hour later the outside of the boots were soaked. Amazing thing is I was expecting wet socks/ frozen toes but they were completely warm and dry. I have been impressed non stop by these sturdy boots. Def will be purchasing again next year.

These boots are very warm and cozy. We purchased them last year and were so impressed with the style and workmanship that we purchased them again in the next size up.They run True to Size and can be worn with thin or thick socks without getting sweaty toes.The price is great and they last until you need to hand them down to the next kid--much better priced than other pricey brands.Definitely recommend these to all who have the need to keep little tootsies warm in the winter ;)
