The shoe is well made and solid for walking; the footbed is very very comfortable/padded. The leather is not soft but not tough either. the style is cute and the velcro straps make it great airport shoes!. Please measure your feet and compare to size chart before selecting your size! For e.g. I normally wear size 8 in closed toe shoes but I bought size 7.5 based on the sizing chart for this shoe. It fits perfectly!! The toe box is comfortable and I''m very very happy with purchase ( insert big smile here).Please remember to measure your feet!! Measure from heel to the middle toe ( since the middle toe is normally longer for most people), then compare inches to US/EU sizing. If in centimeters, you may want to convert to inches. Enjoy!

I love these shoes!They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned and are beautifully made. Although they may appear to be "clunky" in the photos, they are very flattering on my feet. My sister bought these in a specialty shoe store and I loved them as soon as I saw them. I was thrilled to find a pair on Amazon! I loved getting free shipping, including return shipping if needed.

This is a kick ass shoe. But it was just too high for me.It is a heavier looking shoe, so definitely not for a more "dainty" look. It reminds me of a motorcycle style.

When I first saw these shoes I knew I had to get them. I thought they would be great with slacks and capri pants for work. Now that I have them, they dont look good with Capris at all. They are comfortable but not what I would expect from an "earth shoe". THe size is a bit off. Not enought to go up or down but not perfect. The velco is a bit cheesy as well. I dont understand for that price why they dont have snaps or a buckle.
