I put these in most of my thong style sandals and what a difference it makes!Most shoes have that stitching across the insoles right under the balls of your feet and that can be very uncomfortable.I also have really thin feet and have a hard time filling most shoes.So I kill two birds with one stone with these gel inserts.These are nice and smooth under the balls of the feet and also help as a shoe filler for my thin feet.Mostly though the balls of my feet just love the cushy feel.I have them in all my evening shoes as well :)

These inserts are thin enough not to cramp your toes or make the straps over the foot too tight, but they offer a little "grip" in thongs and help to cushion the ball of my foot which is why I tried them in the first place.Bought a couple extra pairs after I tried the first one.
