i bought these for my son who has severe growing pains and plays a lot of soccer.the pain is mostly associated with his heels. since we started using these in his soccer boots and regular shoes, he has been a lot more pain-free (combined with regular stretching exercises and visits to the chiropractor i should add).my son reports that they are comfortable to wear, and so far we are still on the first pair after 6 months hard wear.i think you can probably buy them cheaper in the stores, but i could only the children''s version online. recommended.

These insoles are excellent. They have been comfortable on my daughters feet. She plays loads of serious tennis and these help with the ( pound and grounding she does on the hard court surfaces.)

We purchased these inserts to help give padding and arch support for the football cleats my son was wearing. Before the inserts, he was limping and experieicing sharp pain from Plantar fasciitis (PF).After a few days with the inserts in place the limping subsided and he currently doesn''t have any side effects from the PF.

They aren''t cheap but well worth the price.
