Robeez have a real good reputation as baby shoes so I''m not knocking that. With these shoes however there are no buckles or velcro tab for opening. The only way to get it on baby''s feet is to pull the scrunched elasticated back. This made it really akward to put on my 4 month old''s feet. I ended up returning them. They are quite nice for baby shoes though

My daughter is just learning to walk and we''ve pretty much let her be barefoot her entire life. The switch to shoes is a hard one, and I think it''s important to get the shoes right to help support the walking. I tried to only spend $10 on baby shoes by frequenting Marshall''s, sites like Zulily, Old Navy, etc. I ended up spending about $50 on shoes that weren''t quite right stiff soles, too big, too tight, too easy to kick off.

I should have done the obvious and just bought Robeez the first time around. I''d heard these were the best baby shoes ever, but couldn''t find them for under $20 and my inner cheapskate thought that seemed stiff for baby shoes that will probably only last a couple of months. WRONG! These are worth it, and they are the only pair you need.

They are very soft soled, so great for new walkers. A good transition from barefoot. They are also impossible for a baby to kick-off, without being so tight I worry about her circulation like another pair I purchased. Basically, they are great.

The 12-18 month pair is HUGE, though. They will probably fit her for a year. She''s probably about 21-22 pounds, and has 5" feet. I think she would have been better off in the 6-12 month size, and am almost tempted to get a second pair smaller even though she''s already 12 months old.

Btw, Robeez also makes the best socks ever. They never fall off!

I got these for my 11 1/2 month old daugher and she can''t get them off herself! We gave up on socks and she can just kick off any other shoes than these Robeez and her new Momos. We love both equally well. They come in plain pink/white or white and we have no trouble matching them with any of her outfits. They aren''t slippery on our wood and tile floors and are just enough to keep her feet warm and off the hard floors while learning to walk. She''s all over the place with her walkers and stroller now and I don''t have to worry about her taking them off. It''s as though she''s barefoot and is''t at all bothered by them. They''re so cute too!

I thought my baby''s feet were a little on the big side because her feet outgrow her clothes faster than the rest of her. Apparently not because at 4 months, these shoes are huge on her! Haha. i bought these for my son who has severe growing pains and plays a lot of soccer.the pain is mostly associated with his heels. since we started using these in his soccer boots and regular shoes, he has been a lot more pain-free (combined with regular stretching exercises and visits to the chiropractor i should add).my son reports that they are comfortable to wear, and so far we are still on the first pair after 6 months hard wear.i think you can probably buy them cheaper in the stores, but i could only the children''s version online. recommended.

I really liked the look of these shoes but wasn''t sure how they would feel.They are pretty high!The platform is about 1 3/4 in, much higher than any other platform I have.The wedge, at the highest part, is 5 inches.When you think about it, the ''heel'' isn''t that high, taking the platform into consideration.The footbed is very nice!It has a bit of a cushion to it, which completely shocked me.My first couple of wears, the strap hit the wrong spot on my big toe.I always try to wear new shoes around the house for a few hours at a time to get used to the feel and fit before wearing them out.So breaking them in this way, and finding the right adjustment, has made them a very comfortable and wearable shoe.I wore them out for a day of shopping but took a standby pair for when these started to hurt.I never had to change.

Timberland Men''s Earthkeepers Hookest Boot

This is a decent shoe, but it wasn''t what I expected. The first problem is that this brand seems to run large. I ordered my shoe size based on their shoe sizing chart. I wear a size 11 in every other brand and their chart shows that a size 11 should be 11" from heel to toe. However, when the shoe arrived it was huge. I had a full extra 1" to 1.5" in the toe area. I got the ruler out and measured the shoe to actually be 12.5" from outer toe to outer heel. So you need to order at least a half size smaller than your your typical shoe size. This problem alone was enough to have to send it back, but my other problem was the material the shoe was made of. I order this shoe in the navy. It is made of leather which is nice, but the way they''ve treated it gives it an uber smooth almost shiney finish. Worn under jeans, it looks more like a plastic rain boot.

Got the shoes today. I''m wondering if it''s brand new, because the sole of the shoes looks pretty dirty, especially in the white part. Can anybody garantee the shoes are brand new?

I got these in the "turquoise" color, and they are simply amazing. Probably the prettiest sandal Ive ever seen before. You might think they would be too gaudy with all the chains, beads, crystals and flowers, not to mention the bold satin print fabric that all of this is piled on. Timberland Men''s Granite Trails Sandal

I bought these sandals and immediately walked about 8 hours a day for three weeks in them.. No callouses, no issues.

The only thing that bothered me was that when you feet sweat heavily, you slip around in them.. but every sandal does that.. I suppose it could have better ventilation underneath, but not sure how you would do that?

I walked all around Newfoundland''s Signal Hill in these (4 hour hike) and my feet weren''t tired despite the harsh terrain. I also walked for two weeks through Italy in these... only issue was getting into the Vatican in them as there are no open toed sandals allowed.

All in all. a very good sandal that takes a beating, and doesn''t wear down although the straps did start to crack on the top where the vinyl is, the under-strap still holds fine.

Highly recommended.

I have had these for a month.Wear them on weekends.Comfortable even when worn on gravel paths.

A TOP quality sandal. I use them for yard work and errands. They took some frequent adjusting in the beginning (my son told me this would happen). This is my first pair of "back-strap" sandals. @ 64 I was unsure. My other sandals just did not provide sure footing for yard work.

Exceedingly comfortable (they accommodate my high instep), good traction both wet and dry, and stylish. The insole has molded to my foot providing additional comfort. After 4 mos. of daily wear they look as new. I estimate 4 years of use until replacement.

When I get really dirty I just go into the shower with the sandals on my feet and wash them as I shower.

I could not imagine a more comfortable, versatile, or quality product.

Sorel Men''s Caribou II Boot

Don''t buy!!I have used Sorel Caribou boot in our snowmobile rental business for over 25 years and have been very impressed with the warmth and durability of the boot. I buy about 50 to 100 new pairs of boot every year.However, a few years back Columbia took ownership of sorrels.In the past 4-5 years the boots has been crap. Almost every pair of boots we have bought in the past 4-5 years the rubber has cracked (sometimes the cracks are over 2" long) on the sides of the front half of the boot causing the boot to leak; which of course makes your foot wet and cold.The first year this happened I wrote Columbia and sent 20 pair of boots back.They sent me 1 replacement boot.They have not fixed the problem because the same thing has happened with the entire boot purchases I have made from them in the past two years, Stupid me for continuing to buy them.I threw away 100 boot that were only used 3-6 months this December and daily I am throwing away more.This year I bought Cabela''s similar boot, which is warmer, but until next year I won''t know how well they hold up.Save yourself some time and money try a different manufacturer.

These 10" high winter boots set the standard for basic cold weather boots in snowy conditions. They''re probably the boot most commonly worn by locals in snowy Western mountain towns.

But be advised they do not have a lot of lateral stability in the sole of the boot. That is to say, the rubber bottoms tend to twist sideways making them, in my opinion, unsuitable for anything other around town use and possibly some work situations. The twisting motion makes traveling off beaten paths, especially climbing hills or side hilling, more difficult and tiring. My seven year old (Canadian made) Sorel Caribou models have somewhat thicker and probably more water resistant leather uppers, but the current (Chinese made) Sorels seem to have more advanced combination synthetic and wool felt liners and apparently much-needed additional underfoot insulation.

These boots have a cool look with the faux shearling collars but their relatively modest height means you will need to wear gaiters to keep out snow if you leave beaten paths. Felt lined pacs are typically the warmest boots for the bucks and the liners can be taken out to dry. I''ve washed my Sorel liners on gentle cycle using wool-friendly soap with excellent results and spraying some Armorall (used to perk up rubber and plastic in cars) on the rubber bottoms keeps them looking great as well.

Recommended to anyone who wants a warm, foolproof, traditional looking boot to wear in around-town or to cold weather outdoor events, keep in the car for emergencies and possibly wear to work or riding snow machines in really cold weather.

I love the way they look. They are bulky and heavy, but its what winter boot should be. What i''m really disappointed is that they are not waterproof. In a slushy conditions water gets in and liner becomes damp. Seams are not sealed properly. I would return them back, but these boots have been shipped to europe as a gift. It would be too expensive to ship them back.

Update. I contacted Sorel and they sent me new pair, but the new pair leaks even worse than the first one.

These are as pictured. The details on the shoes are to die for. They are so big girlish and for that they are an instant "smile" at my home.
