I have these shoes in black in a women''s size 10 DD width. I am not normally a DD width and size 10 is probably a bit big, but I was experiencing a lot of foot pain, so I needed something that felt that wearing a soft pillow and these did the trick.Plus they were on sale for $60 in the local high-end shoe store. These shoes are supremely comfortable and not visible with longer length black pants or jeans with flared or wide bottoms.I wouldn''t recommend them with skinny jeans or pants. They look almost like very popular Dansk shoes from the front when the Velcro isn''t visible. I wore these all day in New York City with Lynco Aetrex 400 orthotics and I managed to get through an entire day on my feet. I was pleased.I did find, however, that like other Velcro shoes the Velcro part gathers lint plus the shoes will definitely stretch with wear. Mine have already. For these two reasons, I am giving them 4 vs. 5 stars.I don''t know why they are called "hook and loop", since they are Velcro with some elastic with no hooks or loops.
I am now wearing a tie style size 9.5 from PW Minor (also called Embrace) in not such a wide width and I am truly happy. They are comfortable and discreet as far as orthotics shoes. You can wear them with skinny jeans or with dress pants.

These shoes are adorable and my daughter was instantly in love.She wore them for the first Time on her first day of kindergarten and said they were very comfortable and everyone commented on their lights.Unfortunately after wearing only 8 times (only to school each day, and never outside.The have different shoes for gym and recess) the Velcro straps look horrid.The glitter is coming off and the edges so worn you can see white on all of the edges.I don''t expect them to last another month.And for $40 plus, I expected a lot more.Unfortunately I ordered them two sizes to big. So I did a return to sender through FedEx in which they came, I never opened the package just gave it back when another package came. It wasn''t until I was checking my cc statement that I realized I hadn''t received a refund.
So I contacted Amazon and they directed me on what to do. I no longer had the tracking information so shoes.com basically said their was nothing they could do unless I presented them with tracking info. Needless to say the package had been received at their facility on the 10th of July. After they had repeatedly told me through 8 corresponding emails that they never received my package. I''m happy to say I am receiving my refund now after having to jump through hoops.

My 2 year old loves these.The LED lights are incredibly bright.The shoe is well designed and looks like it will be pretty durable.The only issue I have is that the tongue is too short to hold onto while putting them on her feet.And after some wear, the tongue softened up, making it difficult to keep it in place while putting the shoes on.
But great shoes overall.My daughter thinks they are great.

I''m very disapointed with these boots, because they look good but are the strangest fit. The foot of the boot is very narrow and the upper part, especially the ankle, is VERY wide! They don''t fit like typical western boots and because they are faux leather it looks awful how it ripples around the ankle. If it weren''t for the the shape I''d otherwise keep them, but it''s really that bad. They are a little overpriced in my opinion, but it isnt easy finding good looking vegan western style boots and unfortunately these were no exception. These were shipped very fast, they arrived ahead of the delivery estimate, even in the month of December. I love the boots, the shade of gray is very nice, and so is the contrast stitching. I noticed several reviews that said they ran small, so I ordered a half size up, and the fit is perfect, so I do recommend ordering up. Some reveiwers also said that the tassels on the boots were wrinkled, but the ones on mine are straight. I am very happy with the boots, and will buy from seller again, and recommend them to others.

I ordered the 8 & it was really big; so big, I wondered if a 7 would have worked better. I decided to not try for the smaller size the shoe because the sahpe did not really work with my foot. The top of the shoe cut into the outside of my ankle and I suspect even with a smaller size it would have done the same thing. Was disappointing as it is a a good looking shoe.

I love this boot. Again the 3A was not narrow enough in the heel area but with that being said, I still love the boot. Everyone has commented on how great this boot looks. My legs are skinny so the boot was big in the leg area but who cares, I love them. I wish there were other colors.
