I bought these to replace a pair of crocs Women''s Capri Flip Flops and they just didn''t do it for me. I ordered the size I would normally wear in a flip flop (unfortunately, the largest size offered here, a 12) and my heel came just to the very edge. So, I will confirm what the other reviewers have said--order at least a half size bigger. I thought I might still be able to make them work, but just wearing them around the house they didn''t seem that comfortable and they actually seemed a bit slippery on our laminate and tile floors. If it was just one pair I might have kept them, but I didn''t want two pair that I was only MEH about.

i was attracted by the design by the first look, very feminine and elegant! I tried the shoes in store first, then bought it here (great deal at amazon!). Amazingly, this pair wears very comfortable. You cannot simply imagine how can a 4 3/4 height be comfortable, yet this pair is! the insole has the best curve to align your feet. You may feel a bit awkward when wearing them, if you never wore stilettos in this height, but you can practice by walking on carpet on your toes without shoes first. You''ll get used to it. After all, the shoes don''t hurt your feet, they''re comfortable, just that you need to get used to the height.I don''t agree with the other reviewer about "the toes part tilts upwards". That design is for your easy walking! Since it has about 1 inch platform, if it''s not tilted slightly, it''ll be hard for you to walk, you will have to step up and down the whole foot. When you walk, you need to pull up your heel, move the center of gravity to your toes, but with platform, you cannot simply do that, that''s why it''s a bit rounded. And the picture is accurate, it''s not rounded like a ball that you cannot walk. If you cannot walk, that means you don''t know how to walk in stilettos with platform, I''m sorry to say this. Even Nike is doing such rolling design for their walking shoes, check out Nike''s rolling rail technology. Note that Nike is even flat! I personally have a pair of Nike''s walking shoes with rolling rail design. And believe me, that''s rolling much more than this pair of guess stilettos. This is nothing comparing to that.
The peep toe opening can be bigger, that''s my only concern. The height of the shoes will slide your feet downwards, and the peep toe opening is a little bit small. But of course, that helps preventing your feet slide off the shoes.

Come on, every girl wants some heels like these! What we don''t want is to spend $50 bucks or more on them! These were mere pennies, shipped vast via Amazon, and look absolutely wicked on! They''re VERY high but the platform provides a very secure center of balance. I usually only wear these kinds of shoes for Halloween but I have to say that I bought two pair and I''m getting at least two more. I''m a size 10 with a not real wide but not real narrow foot and these fit perfectly. Strangely comfortable! Pleaser also ships everything beautifully with each shoe individual wrapped in the box. Purchased to replace a 9 year old pair of Reef sandals (simple foam bed with webbing strap that are no longer produced). These Scott flip flops are heavier and the strap bites a little bit to the point of discomfort.

However it runs larger than other similarly styled JRenee shoes. I have very tiny feet and usually suffer horrible agonies when wearing high heels, but these were so incredibly comfortable! I needed to get some shoes to match a new satin dress I got, so I got the Paladin in black. Not only did they match perfectly but I wore them immediately to the cocktail party I needed them for, was on my feet for 4 hours and felt great! The insole is slightly padded and the heel isn''t too high and helps with comfort, yet it is high enough to lengthen your leg and make your calves look sexy. Would reccommend these sandals. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 in normal shoes but go with the half size smaller in sandals so I dont have a lot of extra sole hanging out under my feet. This sze 8 does just that my heel and toes are at each end but definitely dont hang over. The strap is a soft suade sort of material which makes them comfortable. They seem sturdy and well made and the price is amazing too.
Dansko Women''s Tory Sandal
These are nice-looking shoes, but not very comfortable, especially compared to other Dansko sandals. The wedge heels are much higher than your average Dansko wedge heel, and my feet are very sore if I wear them for more than a few hours. Great shoes for someone who doesn''t mind high heels though.The only not-so-great to be aware of is that the fit is tighter than usual.I had to return my normal size and buy one size up.
BTW, the Amazon return process was so, so easy.Really felt like outstanding customer service.
The underside of the woven straps is kinda rough, so I have been wearing with nylons until they soften up.
But Danskos are solid, dependable, very comfortable shoes.

This is my third pair of Dansko Tory shoes. I have a black pair, the grass green pair and now the red ones. They are so comfortable and I love the braid trim. I can''t shop all day in them, because my feet will begin to hurt after a few hours but if I''m at my desk all day, I can wear them for the entire day, comfortably. I highly recommend these shoes. Since I live in Texas, I can wear them late into the fall without cold toes.

it doesn''t irritate the toe area or top of foot at the openings. I normally wear an 8.5 medium. The 8.5 was sized correctly. I''ve worn with both dresses and pants.
