This shoe made a great fisrt impression out of the box. It is very obviously a well-made quality shoe, from the construction down to the little styling details which are beautiful. The packaging was also very impressive, as the shoes arrived with little "shower caps" protecting the leather flowers! I was SO disappointed to find that the fit was just a bit too "sloppy" for me, kind of like a bedroom slipper. But I have narrow feet and horrible plantar fasciitis in both feet so these just didnt offer the fit & arch support that I need. The footbeds are extremely soft, like walking around on couch cushions, but as anyone with foot problems knows, cushy shoes only lead to more problems. I am sure that anyone without foot problems, or maybe just a wider foot, would find these to be wonderful. I have been wearing Orthoheels, so now anything else I put on doesnt measure up to the extremely exaggerated arch I have become accustomed to. So I returned them, but it hurt to do it since they are so nice!!!

I''ve been a Teva customer for over 10 years. They offered the best sandals I''ve ever owned -consecutively wearing out three pairs of the same design that has since been discontinued. It was similar to this Sutter Creek design in its criss-cross design, but used a single strap instead of the double straps. Thought it was the closest design to the model I liked, so I ordered a pair in the size I ordered in the past. What a disappointment. I couldn''t even get my feet inside them. Teva told me the sandals needed to be broken in and then they''d be fine, but how do you break in sandals you can''t even get onto your feet? I brought them to our local cobbler to stretch the straps. I could get them on but they were painfully tight. Back to the cobbler for more stretching. Still unbearable to wear. Cobbler said they were stretched to the max -that more stretching would damage them. These sandals are not true to size. They get an "F" and don''t merit the single star I''m forced to give in order to post this review. My feet are normal width. Note: Teva did accept my return and refunded my money. These boots are adorable. They are really well made and the leather is nice and soft. They make your feet look really small! They run true to size. You can roll the top down to make a wide cuff if you don''t want them to rise above your knee. My feet are size 9.5. I ordered a size 10. Too small, bummer. So I shipped them back in exchange for size 11. An entire month later, i got what feels like an even smaller shoe and without the piping detail. WTF. When i walk in them, my toe crashes into the tip of the shoe and the tip feels as hard as wood. They are wide at the toes and give me blisters in the back because the back part of the shoe is too big and stupid. No way I can "break them in". I ordered these creepers because I loved the look and the higher the platform , the better I liked them. These were the highest I could find in my size for a very nice price. I was hoping that since these are faux fur, and most ''veggie creepers'' by Demonia have the hidden coffin in the sole, these would too. These do not. The shoe itself is accurate to the description and pictures, however the size is not. I measure my foot and compare it to the size descriptions so I can be sure to have a good fit, and have never had a problem with this method of purchasing shoes online, until now. The sizing is not true to the advertized size us 10, at 10.25 inches. I would say it is much closer to a us size nine. I am not happy to have to pay for the shipping cost of returning an item that was misrepresented. Hopefully the next size will fit me well, because it is the largest size they have advertized on this site.

I bought these about 6 weeks before vacation for the express purpose of going on some trails with them.Took the time to break them in to be sure that I wouldn''t have any problem.A couple of key things I''ve learned about these shoes.Firstly, the description says that the shoe has a fabric upper for breathability and has been dipped into a solution which makes the shoe odor resistant.Please take it from me, this shoe does not breathe and will make your feet sweat.I''ve never had any issues with my shoes having odors except for this pair -a day of wearing them in the summer weather and you will feel the wetness of your feet, compound that over a few weeks and you will want to keep these shoes outside because they will stink.Secondly, this shoe does have good traction for trails -dirt, rocks, asphalt are all fine.Where this shoe critically fails at is when you step on something metal; like, a metal grate on a trail used for draining water out of a low area.As soon as your foot hits somewhat damp metal, it may as well be Teflon you are stepping on.I was coming down a mountain trail in Japan when I stepped on a grate and completely fell injuring myself.I couldn''t understand what could be the problem until later when I was back in the city and stepped on a man hole cover.. no traction what so ever.I expected more out of both Merrell and Vibram with regards to this shoe.Want Merrell Women''s Lithe Glove Barefoot Running Shoes Discount?

So, I''ve been known to buy a shoe just for the way it looks without giving too much consideration to the comfort of it. Form over function is my motto. I was greatly surprised when these came in the mail to find that they are the most comfortable heels I have ever purchased. Even with a loose bone chip floating around in my toe joint, these are very comfortable. Extra cushiony insole, a supple piece of leather folds over the rear heel to provide extra cushioning for the Achilles tendon, and the sole is rubberized for a bit more cushion and grip on smooth surfaces. I had never heard of this shoe brand before this purchase, but I''m definitely a new convert! I''d love to buy another pair of shoes made by the same maker. Very comfortable when I''m on my feet for 4 hours as a cashier and definitely more attractive than sneakers. Would recommend a waterproofing spray to protect the suede-like material from weather. I ordered these Dearfoams because they said they were cushiony and had foot support.Neither is true.By the end of the first evening of wearing them, they were flat and my feet hurt. There is little if any support. I will not buy Dearfoams again. I am very disappointed in this slipper.
Grasshoppers are the most comfortable sandals I''ve worn. These are well-made with soft inner soles and velcro tabs which can adjust the width. Navy blue looks great with so many outfits. I love these shoes!
