These are the first Birkenstocks I''ve owned with a back strap. My other pairs lasted so many years I forgot how wonderful they feel when brand new! Love the back strap which lends a little more security when I''m rushing around. They look and feel great! The Amazon price sealed the deal for me.

I love Birkenstocks but I question this product at this price. According to the Birkenstock website, Nubuck is real leather, costs $120, and comes in the color Cocoa. Birkibuc is imitation leather, costs $80, and the color is Mocha. These prices are essentially the same on multiple websites. This sandal is advertised as Nubuck in the color Mocha. I don''t think its Nubuck (real leather.)

i do like the shoes and i kept one pair of them. I ordered 2 because i wanted to make sure that i got the correct size. I understand that shipping is free but return shipping is not so i planned on returning the pair the did not fit on my own dime. What i did not know is that they would then charge me for shipping on that pair as well. I shipped them back priority mail and it cost about $9. they charged me almost $15. I like the look of the shoe, it is comfortable and unique. My problem is that the construction is poor, I wore the shoe for about an hour before the interior leather started to curl and rub. The rubber sole separated at the front of bothshoes by the end of the day. And this was me in an airportso the bulk of the day I was sitting, and the rest of it I was walking on carpet. So buyer beware on that, I hope to salvage them by super glueing, but for the high price one hopes to not have to do that.

This shoe is not made of plastic like most of the other crocks. It''s a type of canvas and has a super no slip bottom.They are so light it is literally comparable to being barefoot.The padding in the shoe is better the any "air" shoe I have owned.There is one problem though, no half sizes. I usually wear a 10 1/2 and I read from other reviews that if you attempt to wear socks with them its too tight. I ordered a size 11 and they are just a bit to big when my socks are on, however, I still chose to wear these over any other shoe I have. I believe that a size 10 would have been too small with socks so keep that in mind when ordering, and thats something you should do right now. Awesome shoe. Well made, looks great, stylish, comfortable. My only complaint is a minor one and probably doesn''t apply to most people. I have flat feet, so I don''t like anything with an arch. I prefer flat shoes. This one has a small arch or "bump" under the center of my feet. I would have preferred it to be totally flat, but it''s not bad and does not give me any discomfort, so I''m happily keeping the shoes.

Ellie Shoes Women''s 709-GLITTER 7" Pointed Stiletto Sandal w/Glitter In Platform

It couldv''e just been the merchant I bought it from but mine were not so hot. So if you are getting this shoe for its aesthetics, (which I assume), I will just say this.... It is pretty from afar but upon getting close it is poorly crafted. The pink slots that you see in the platform are not properly placed so it looks like it should''ve filled the space better and parts of those pink glitter slots are torn. (I don''t know if this happened from me trying it on or what), but one of the pink glitter slots scrunched down a little so you can actually see the fold.If you flip the shoe upside down, you see that there is pink paint scarring (if you will). like the bottom is not totally clean and clear inside the glass. It has runs of paste and pink paint.This almost looks like it was put together by hand (maybe I missed the memo).

also, if you have wide feet (NOT MAJORLY ABNORMAL WIDE FEET THOUGH) you will find that it fits tight and narrow so your foot looks like it''s fat coming out of the sides.

In terms of sturdiness, it is crafted well.

In the end, perhaps I just expected more in craftsmanship for these shoes even though they were $48. If you can look pass those details of the shoe, I''m sure you will find that it is a sturdy, great height, pretty sexy pink shoe.

The reason why I gave them 4 Stars instead of 5 stars is on the side of the shoe (where the silver part shows), you can tell its fake! I was so upset about it. Its very poorly done.

I got the red pair and loved the glitter! :)

By the way, if you have a wide foot, I highly do not recommend buying these. The heels are only made for narrow feet.

The shoes are sturdy and help me when performing tricks for my class. I would recommend that the shoes be bought to in a higher size than you normally wear. I think these are awesome shoes, which is why I am giving them five stars. The only issue I had was with size, which is completely my fault. I have read so many things on how to size for these kind of shoes and I had it all wrong. I have a long narrow foot and usually wear a size 9, so I ordered a size 9. Bad idea. I needed a size 10, which was immediately apparent after receiving the shoe. I sold my size 9''s to a friend who normally wears an 8 and they were perfect for her. So, just consider the sizing on these when you buy. In my experience, it is best to go one size up. Other than my mistake, these are great shoes. Very comfortable and sturdy. I will be buying them again in my correct size.

Birkenstock Milano Sandal

I buy a new pair every few years.I pretty much live in them.My only complaint is that the footbed gets grimey after a while if you don''t clean them regularly.I think I only have myself to blame though.

One note, the size chart on this page doesn''t match the size chart on the manufacturer''s site.The chart on this page looks wrong.I wear a 45 birk and a size 12 sneaker (US), not a size 14 like the chart on this page.

I have been wearing the Milano for about 18 years.I did need to replace them once during that time because they were just worn out.It was probably possible to get them repaired but I felt they paid their dues.When you first get them they will stain your socks, and the leather is hard, but once they get broke in they are the most comfortable shoe you will ever wear.I occasionally get foot pain from running or wearing cheep shoes during the week.I will wear my Birks for the weekend and all of my pain is gone by Monday.I highly recommend.I am in the military and am forced to wear combat boots to work, but if Birkenstock sold combat boots I would buy them too.

If your footbed gets dirty, you can use liquid laundry detergent and scrub with a stiff brush and they will look as good as new.You will be surprised by the dirt that washes off.

If they work for you they are exquisite! I ordered my usual size 7, but found that my heel popped out when walking. I tried heel pads and inserts but nothing kept the shoe on. I wish that it was a matter of the shoe running slightly large, but that really wasn''t it. The size 7 was not too large, it just didn''t work for me. The things is, that I really, really loved how gorgeous the grey suede is, and the heel was incredibly comfortable. So, I took a chance and ordered the size 6.5, and I also ordered a shoe stretcher. (Though you can take them to your local shoe repair shop where he would do the exact same thing) The 6.5 was slightly too small, so I inserted the shoe stretcher and left it for 4-5 days. They fit perfectly and since I am a severe shoe junkie, I can use the stretcher again. The Odette is a great shoe, and hopefully it works for you without having to jump through hoops!

I purchased these in the black silky suede. They looked expensive and I couldn''t wait to wear them. My size is 11M and I purchased my actual size, however on the day I wore them out they literally fell off my feet. I was using my feet to hunt for the shoe!Not good.I doubt whether an insole would make any difference. I tend to have my orders sent to the UK so no value in returning them.So for now they will continue to look pretty in its shoe box!

Just received these shoes today and have had them on for 2 hours around the house to break them in.They are very comfortable considering they are heels.Two points to mention: I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 with 8.5 being on the loose side, and so I ordered 8.5 and they are slightly tight.I will have to stretch them out a bit but I''m sure they will be just fine.Also, I thought I was ordering plain black but the black ones are actually textured, just like the picture of the purple pair.I love the look of the texture, it actually dresses them up a bit but just keep that in mind.

Just got these shoes today and LOVE them! Run true to size and look just like the picture. Very comfortable with enough heel to make them dressy (2.5"), but not too much. I bought these for a cruise and they go with all my summer dresses and formal ones too. The gold color is very pale, so it works with silver outfits as well as gold tones. The metallic sheen is just enough to catch the light without being gaudy. Dressed up or down, these shoes will go anywhere. Highly recommended!

Primigi Hartley Sandal (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)

I am so pleased with these sandals. I was looking for something in a BIG BOY size for my 8 year old to wear with navy shorts for nicer occasions, it''s SO SUPER HARD to find a nice navy sandal in a bigger youth size for boys especially, but these are perfect. Most navy styles stop after the little toddler styles, but these went way up to a size 38 if I remember right. My first choice would have been to find a fisherman style (dressier closed toe) in navy blue to look a little classsier/ dressier, but no one had any in a size 37 or 4 youth which is what we needed, so that''s why we got these. Very pleased. We have continually bought Primigis and have never been disappointed, despite them being pricey. In my opinion worth it. Wish so much they''d make a fisherman style in navy that was somewhat dressier for the bigger boys to wear for Easter and special occasions, everthing is so sporty looking, but oh well. You will defintely be satisfied with these. They are true to size, typically I have found that Primigis run a little larger, but these sandals were very true to size, so when in doubt, you may want to go up a tiny bit. Wonderful sandals. Easy on and off also with the velcro and boys coming in and out of the house all day long in the spring and summer!!

I am very disappointed that these sandals arrived at my house at last and we discovered they will not leave room to grow for my sons feet. Plus, we are leaving for the bahamas in a few days and I won''t have time for a re-order!

I am surprised by the fit because we had just bought shoes by primigi and the sizing was perfect.I truly recommend one size up.
