Getting older foot problems...
Thought I''d finally spend the extra bucks
on something with an arch support-
Totally worth itI can feel they''re
better for me and they''re comfortable.
Only wish they were ALL blackno gray.
Designers are you listening??? The
small dirt marks from toes wouldn''t
show so much and they''d be cooler looking-
(Like all black Ray Ban sunglassses).
P. S. The recommendation to choose the smaller
of your size range was welcome and was correct.

If you actually suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, then these are the sandal for you.Living in Florida means you wear sandals most of the time. After wearing these for two weeks, my heel pain is gone and I haven''t had to wear my boot to bed once. I wear them from morning until night; the soles are firm (not hard as a rock) and the support is fantastic. I debated whether to spend so much money on a pair of sandals and after reading some of the other reviews almost decided against it.Then one night in desperation I decided to purchase a pair, these are the only sandals I will ever wear. Yes, you may get a blister, so put a blister patch on it, it will go away.Yes, they are heavier than a flip-flop, but they have the support needed for this type ailment. It does take a week or so to get use to them, but it is so worth it. Like I said in the beginning, IF you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, this is the sandal for you.If you don''t suffer, then what are you looking at these for?Want Orthaheel Men''s / Women''s Wave Sandals Discount?
I have severely flat feet and have all of my life.I''ve had bone grafts in both heels to align my feet and I have some nerve damage from complications with the surgery.I wear custom orthotics in my tennis shoes when I''m out, but we don''t wear shoes in our home.Last summer, I started having pain in my foot.It persisted for months, so finally I went back to my podiatrist.Because I would spend all day walking around my house barefoot and my feet have no natural support, my ligaments became inflamed.Time and anti-inflammatories took care of the problem, but she informed me that it would continue to happen if I didn''t start wearing something with support around the house. As I didn''t want to wear shoes in my house, I began to search for an orthotic slipper. Finally, I came across these Orthaheel Relax slippers and I''ve worn them everyday since.
The price for these slippers is steep, but the quality is very good. They''re a good year-round slipper and are holding up very well after almost a year of use and many washings.I appreciate that they come in cute colors and patterns, too!I''ve gotten several compliments from guests in my home about how cute my slippers are.
My usual foot and back pain has decreased since I''ve worn these slippers. The support is wonderful for my feet.I''ll wear this pair until they''re totally worn out and then get another pair of Orthaheel slippers for sure!
I have a hard time holding on sandals or other slide in slippers, but I haven''t had any problems with these.I''ll be honest, I have fallen off of the side of these slippers a few times, but I think that has more to do with my ability to stay upright than the slippers.
