I have been fighting heel pain for several months.My doctor said not to go barefoot, even at home...so I found these sandals to primarilywear at home. It took a couple of days to "wear them in".I wore them several hours the first few days and now can wear them all day. They have great arch support, so it controls my overpronation. These sandals are now my "shoe of choice" home or away!

If you actually suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, then these are the sandal for you.Living in Florida means you wear sandals most of the time. After wearing these for two weeks, my heel pain is gone and I haven''t had to wear my boot to bed once. I wear them from morning until night; the soles are firm (not hard as a rock) and the support is fantastic. Yes, you may get a blister, so put a blister patch on it, it will go away.Yes, they are heavier than a flip-flop, but they have the support needed for this type ailment. I have severely flat feet and have all of my life.I''ve had bone grafts in both heels to align my feet and I have some nerve damage from complications with the surgery.I wear custom orthotics in my tennis shoes when I''m out, but we don''t wear shoes in our home.
