Very nice boots...however not made for people with thick calves...they should indicate in the description the calf circumference...as much as I liked these boots I had to return them....very soft leather and well made.

These boots were fabulous coming out of the box and fabulous on my feet! Although I should have ordered a 1/2 size smaller but not enough to worry about.I get so many complements on them and they make amazing outfits. They stay up too, I hardly ever have to pull on them. I high recommend these!

I love boots; specially over the knee.I bought this pair of boots because I have never had white dirty looking boots so I thought they would look great.They do!I love the heel because it is right height for me when I just want to wear them to go to the mall or store because I look tall and they are comfortable.The leather is a little bit like cowboy boots...tight on the feet.I am not sure if will soften because the leather is the tight, hard type and not the soft kind.For some people that is hard to walk on.They also run a little bit smaller than your regular size.I am a 9M and the came as a 9, but pretty narrow.I still kept them because I am hoping that once winter comes back they will stretch some and get comfortable once I start wearing them. I read the reviews and the warnings that they weren''t for people with big calves. Fine, I don''t have big calves. I don''t have stick legs either though. I couldn''t get them past my upper calves at all. I suppose I could wear them all scrunched down, but it looked awful. I''m really bummed, because they are gorgeous and the shoe part fits wonderfully. I hate to return them, but I can''t wear them with the shaft so damn small.
