This is my first pair of Earthies, and I''m impressed.I have very flat feet, so overpronation means lots of issues with pain.I need really good arch support to make it through the day, which limits my options when it comes to pretty sandals.These slip-on heels are fun and summer-y, look great dressed up or semi-casual.They don''t look clunky or boxy at all a problem with orthopedic shoes.The basket-weave criss-cross leather straps are eye-catching, and I get lots of compliments.What amazes me is how comfortable, supportive and stable Earthies are! Excellent arch support, the tilt up at the toes takes pressure off the front of my feet and they are great shock-absorbers.I hoped for a ''bearable'' level of support from a heeled sandal like this, but they are so comfortable I wear them as often as possible all summer!
