True to size, but make sure you use their size chart. Love the shoes fit is wonderful. I am one of those women, who have trouble with a high instep, and a little bit of a wide foot. I can wear a 9B or a 8.5W I went with the 8.5W, and I have a little room, but not to much; nice fit.
