I purchased a pair of these boots back in 2000 and wore them until they gave out which took about 6 seasons of constant winter wear (it was the zippers that finally nailed the coffin).I was so disappointed with the local selection around town when I went to replace them, that I decided to try the web and not settle for something that really didn''t appeal to me.I was THRILLED to find the same boots I loved at Amazon!They are ultra warm with Thinsulate, comfortable and tough.They are waterproof right up to the top and in Maine we get some pretty high snow drifts!They have good treads and no heel to speak of so you are walking completely flat for good balance.They even accomodate my lifts which sometimes makes shoe selection very frustrating for me.You won''t be disappointed with these great boots.

Be aware that these boots run really short.I wear an 8 and an 8 1/2 were still too short.Not the quality I expected for something made in Canada, that''s more like made in China.They were warm and I liked the style, the length just didn''t fit at all.If I went up a 9 then the heel would be too big.Unfortunately, the seller fails to provide any kind of reviews or information for the product on all of the alternate sites it sells on so that potential customers would have been aware of this.

The seller, ShoeMall, is also the absolute pits.When I sent back the size 8 (at my expense!) to exchange for an 8 1/2, they sent me a size 8 again.So, I contacted them, and they said they would send a prepaid return label for their error.So, I waited... and I waited... and I waited, no label.So, about every 2 weeks I contacted them that I had not received the label to which they replied that they would sent another.The last time I contacted them they didn''t even respond.So this is their game.I never received even one of those labels that they supposedly sent.Now they''ve dragged it out to 2 months later and I am forced to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back for boots that I can not wear.It''s not the first problem I have had a problem with them, but it will be the last since I will never buy from them again.

These are by far the best boots that I have ever owned. I have mine for 8 years and have worn them through New York winters each year. They run true to size and width and are totally waterproof. They are also stylish enough to wear with anything, including dresses and skirts. I am ordering a new pair now. I wish they came in brown or gray as well.

These are the best boots for warmth and to keep dry.They are great for wearing with skirts and dresses to keep my legs warm. They lasted me a very long time and never wore out on the outside.I only bought new ones because the foot part inside wore out.They slide on and off very easily. Never even used the zipper. They fit me perfectly for size 8M.
