Very comfortable rubber strap between toes, not plastic.Cute! Embellishments are attached very securely.I bought these for my wedding six months from now so I have not worn them for long yet but they seem sturdy and good quality.I would, however, expect the price to be a bit lower as they are the sort of flipflop available at big box stores for $10-15 except the addition of ribbon-wrapped straps and embellishments.
