VS Hybrid XT

I have tried about a dozen shoes to get a true all purpose Crossfit shoe flexible, zero heel raise, firm sole. I have some Vibram (weird fit), Asics weight lifting shoe (OK but too much heel raise), Nike''s (too much ankle wiggle from soft sole), Merrell''s (good but not enough structure) and Pendlay''s (great but just for weight lifting).These are a great combination of supportive structure, flat sole''s, easy on (racing laces) and they look good! Plus FOR $30!! Can''t beat it!

I train in mostly strongman & powerlifting, this shoe is absolutely perfect for all of my lifts.I have sprinted and used the prowler in these shoes and am very, very satisfied.
