The sandals themselves were great. I love Birkenstock and was excited to see the great pricing Amazon had on these.BUT...I received the wrong size, regular when I wanted narrow. I''m not sure if it was a simple mistake or if the stock person doesn''t understand Birkenstock''s sizing. (The colored in foot or open foot on the footbed of the shoe representing narrow or regular.)When I returned the sandal for the correct size they said they were out of the size I originally ordered.It''s unclear to me weather or not they really understood the sizing.I will be hesitant to order Birks from Amazon again.Although, the return process was easy and I did receive my money back.I''m just curious if they did have more of the correct size in stock if I would have received the same size or the correct size.The quality of the shoe is excellent, receivingthe correct one, questionable.
