Good quality, stylish pump but the side zipper rubbed against my instep. While the shoe was not actually defective (it was a poor design for me) I returned it as such to avoid return shipment charges.

Fit: I ordered 9w -and these shoes fit perfectly.I usually buy size 9or 9.5 medium because Wide width can be too big or unavailable in stores.

Comfort: The shoes are very comfortable. there is a lot of padding is in the shoe, the balls of my feet aren''t in pain when walking.No cramping, no blisters which are my usual complaints.

Quality:The quality is great.One review mentions the rubber soles falling off. I have not experienced that. I have worn these shoes 3 times a week for three weeks, no problems, they still look new.Mind you, I do have a desk job, and change to sneakers when I take a mile-long walk during the work day.

Shoe was too wide & resembled something that looked like a "Minnie Mouse" fit just a little too clunky. That said, great quality & really like the color.
