These do run a bit large because I usually wear a size 8 1/2 in a flat sandal but with these a size 8 fit just fine.

Classic Flip-Flop
This review is for Okabashi Maui.I just figured out that I have the Maui style rather than the Classic style.I don''t see a separate category for them on Amazon.The Maui has multiple dots on the thong part, while the Classic style has "stitching" only on the thong.This is my second pair of Okabashi flip-flops and this pair is much more comfortable than the first pair of Ocean two-colored flip-flops that I purchased a year or so ago.One flip-flop of the Ocean style in red and black broke at the thong part and I had to repair the sandal with Super Glue and part of a scrubbing sponge not sure how long my repair job will work.The massage beads are larger and harder and positioned differently and the arch support is more elevated, so they take more getting used to and may be too much of a good thing (reflexology) for some. The thong and side parts of the Ocean sandal are attached at the bottom of the shoe. I can''t recommend the Ocean style over this Maui style flip-flop.The Maui style wins hands down for construction, comfort and footbed design not to mention price. (Ocean style retails for $14.99)
I am hoping that these flip-flops will last for a while due to the uni-body construction.

The Maui flip-flops are extremely comfortable and a good choice for those individuals who can''t tolerate a flat "Old Navy" style flip-flop with no support.These have gentle arch support, massage beads, a contoured footbed and elevated toe rest area.
These flip-flops fit perfectly with the Futuro compression ankle support (Comfort Lift) that I need to wear right now due to slow recovery from an ankle and knee injury. It''s great to know that these flip-flops are a good alternative as therapeutic footwear for
hot summer days.

I am still loving these Maui flip-flops and they haven''t broken yet.I hadn''t worn them during the winter, but now even though it''s still a little cool for flip-flops, I am gearing up for warmer weather.Unlike other flip-flops with no arch support, these are wearable for hours at a time even for those with flat feet.Take it from someone who wears "pseudo Crocs" much of the time, these are so much more comfortable.They keep your feet cool and they are perfect for those of us who can''t go barefoot.I did make a few additions for comfort since I have very sensitive toes and I don''t usually wear thong style sandals.The thong was irritating the skin between my toes, so I wrapped moleskin around each of the thong parts of the sandal and I put some skin-colored moleskin on the footbed in the toe ridge area.It''s a good improvement.

I found the Maui style in turquoise at Fort Lauderdale Beach.They are lovely and perfect for summer tropical wear.The only thing that I noticed is that for extended wear on varying surfaces, the arch support and fairly thin footbed is inadequate.As we were walking around Key West up and down sidewalks and on cobblestones, etc., I started to experience foot pain and fatigue and consequently, it just wasn''t fun anymore to explore the streets of Key West.Fortunately I found another CVS and purchased a pair of men''s brown Surf Okabashi in men''s L (size 7/8) for $12.99.The sizing is comparable to the women''s M/L.I am not sure why size 7/8 in men''s would be considered large, but anyways...these sandals are heavier weight with more rubber between the footbed and the ground, so they can absorb more of hard surfaces they are also a little wider.The arch support, massaging beads and raised toe bed are more pronounced also, so the Surf sandals immediately rejuvenated my feet and I made it through the rest of a long day and evening of walking.For some, the more pronounced features of the Surf sandal may take some getting used to.
My recommendation for all you women out there with temperamental feet (flat feet and swollen ankles) is that you purchase both the women''s Maui and men''s Surf models in comparable sizes if you can find them. That way you will have both pretty and functional sandals. Both models in soft rubber have very slip-resistant soles. Your feet will thank you.These sandals are made in the USA and they have a two year warranty.

These sandals are light, good cushioning, comfortable on the feet with good support.I love the fact that these sandals are 100% recyclable.What a great buy!!K Mart carries them for 12.99 dollars.They have very good tread patterns on the soles.We live in a rainy area and these sandals are the safest to wear, without having to worry about slipping on the conrete on our driveway and walkways. I have 2 pairs black and brown and love them.I used to wear Crocs sandals.The treads on the soles are barely there and they erode in a couple of months.Once I discovered these sandals, these are the only ones I use. I''d highly recommend them.

that was a good buy.Good fitting, yes I would recommend my friends about this product.Try to find laces at your local dollar store. My laces went on the 3rd year. I wish they came in a steel toe. These are the Original timberland old school no nonsense no fluff and very light. One thing they are not anti slip. I would say they are a great casual going out boot for every day, for hiking, or outdoor work. For slippery places try the Carolina brand they are USA Made. These Timberlan unfortunately are made in Taiwan. I''m paying a bit more now for boots buying only USA made like Carolina, Bates and Danner. These are probably the 3 best top of the line boots out there. There are a few other great ones but these are the 3 brands I''m using now. Timberland is a top of the line Commerical boot. Again, Buy USA, and our Japanese Friends as well as Mexico and Canada folks also Germany. I love these boots but after stocking up I''m only buying USA now. Farwell my fine foot friend. Timberland come back home to the USA!!!!!

Crocs Unisex Specialist Vent Clog
I was searching for a pair of shoes to wear to clinical (since I am a nursing student)that didn''t hurt my feet. I tried New Balance (my favorite casual sneaker) but was left feeling sore. I also have a pair of Birkenstocks that are nice, but require a break-n period and cost an arm and a leg. I kept reading about how a lot of nurses (guys included) and doctors loved the Crocs. I ordered this pair in white (per my school''s dress code) and have been pleasantly surprised by them!There is no break-on period to speak of; you just put them on and the body heat from your feet will make the Crocs material more pliable. The clogs do fit rather loose, and I ordered a full size down from my normal sneaker size to get a better fit (eg I wear size 10.5 to 11 in New Balance, but a size 10 in Crocs). The loose fit took some getting used to, but it''s fine now.
The Crocs have side ports on them near the toe box to facilitate air exchange, but my feet still get sweaty, though not as bad as with the Croc knock-offs I tried. The Crocs can also be wiped down with bleach or soap and water, unlike my sneakers where if I got body fluids on them, they could soak in.
I''ve only had these for a few days now, but I am impressed. Time will tell as to how well they hold up for a 5-6 hour clinical or for a 12-hour CNA shift.
For now, though, I say give ''em a try they aren''t terribly expensive, they''ve received several endorsements by ergonomics experts and podiatrists (plus I''ve seen multiple OR nurses, surgeons, and anesthetists wearing these as well FWIW).

CROCS UNISEX SPECIALIST VENT [meaning they are vented] CLOG (a/k/a CROCS SPECIALIST, VENTED) is one of the most perfect shoes you can buy. I''ve been wearing Crocs since they became available. They are comfortable in the summer, stand up to the winter very well (not the vented ones like these, you''ll get snowy feet with these), and no, they are NOT ugly. You''ve been told they are ugly and unfashionable, right?
Wait til you wear them: you''ll never want another shoe again. Got them stained? Just shower them off or dip in the bath, let them dry, good as new. Can you do that with the shoes you wear now? You can if you wear Crocs.
You''ll notice hardly any wear on the soles for many years, but I think this will vary depending on how hard you are on your shoes. Crocs for mountain-climbing is as stupid as high heels, but if you like them, then go for it. A reviewer here said they have little traction. They have all the traction a regular shoe needs, plus some additional sports-type traction. They will not allow you to walk up a wall like a gecko. Get serious.
The strap on the back of Crocs is most important. If you put them on and swivel the straps in place, they''ll grip onto your foot better, but that also reduces them by one shoe size. There is no such thing as "half" a shoe size, men, those are only numbers but each number is a full shoe size, even if it says "half" at the end. With Crocs, if you wear for example a size 9.5, get them in a size 10.
I''ve noticed most people reviewing on Amazon have no idea what their correct shoe size is. I can never emphasize enough that you must measure this for yourself and determine what your size really is. Shoes are all made differently, you know that. They will fit slightly differently. But if more people had their correct shoe size, everyone would be happy. So get out the measuring tape, find a shoe size conversion chart, and you''ll know your correct size.

My son loves these because of the baseballs on the shoes! I think these shoes are very cute; however, I wanted to write about the sizing and have you be the judge. My son takes a size 6 toddler in regular shoes at the moment, so we ordered these baseball crocs/shoes/sandals in a size 7 so they would fit this summer. When we tried the shoes on him, we noticed the size 7s had just as much room in them as he does in the size 6 shoes. For the price we paid, we will keep the 7s and let him wear them until they are too small; but we did order another pair in a size 8 because there is no way they will last him the summer. I am not sure how much bigger the size 8s will be, but I''d rather have shoes be a little bigger than too small at the time of purchase. Half sizes would have been great!
