my son needed home slippers that had traction on the bottom. something to allow him to feel the floor and something not rigid. most other shoes of this type have elasticized backs and hurt his ankle. this is great because the back is padded and the footbed is cushioned. plus it''s got two small airholes near the strap so his feet does not get terribly sweaty.
