BCBGeneration Women''s Kaelin Ankle Boot

I had been looking for a wedge bootie for a couple of months and was having no luck in Toronto, so I ventured online and I found this super-cute pair of grey suede booties by BCBGeneration.I had read a few reviews on other sites and these booties had some good feedback, so I snagged the last pair of grey.The are exactly what I was looking for.They are surprisingly comfortable (the wedge is fairly high) and I have worn them to work a few times (I work in sales, so I am on my feet for the majority of the day).The velcro strap makes them easy to slip on and off, which I find a bonus if you are over at someones house (sucks to have lace up boots that take ages to take on and off).

I am usually an 8.5 in shoes and these were no exception.

I would highly recommend these.

Great height and very roomy for my toes. The shoe velcro makes the shoe very slim. The velcro makes it easy to put on and off quickly. I grab these boots over others that I have first.

I generally wear a size 5 but I just couldn''t pass up on this style. I looked everywhere for a 5 but looks like smallest size it comes in is a 5.5. I have a hard time finding cute wedges, and so when I saw this style at Macys (in person) at the regular retail price, I decided to research and found it on Amazon for a better price. I ordered the black one. The material of the shoe is suede so it does collect a bit of dirt, but if you''re not planning on wearing it while on a hike (joking), then its not very obvious at all.

It is a bit lose on me, as mentioned, I''m on the smaller end of size 5. I did use a thin shoe sole insert that I purchased from the local drugstore ($3) and since I wear thick socks, the fit and feel is ok. Its bearable but my feet still slide a bit in the shoe. Its comfortable enough to wear to the mall for the day and doesn''t bother me at all. The velcro makes it easy to slip the shoes on and off, and to me, it''s also a plus since I have really small ankles.

I pair this shoe with black leggings and long tunic sweaters, or grey leggings (or jeggings) with a black blazer, and always get compliments on my shoe from the girls in my office.

I would definitely recommend this shoe. The quality is great. The feel is good and it looks cute!
